Anthony guido

I have been in and around the fitness industry for 25 years, relentlessly researching and testing out the forefront of exercise and nutritional sciences to meet my goals.

I started training as an amateur bodybuilder in my 20s with a desire to build muscle and physique after years of being underweight and lacking confidence. 

I spent 21 years in law enforcement that required me to develop a different kind of  mental sharpness and tactical functional fitness to stay safe on the streets of NYC.

In recent years my focus has shifted to staying strong and agile to keep up with  my new partner in crime, my three year old son. 

Whatever your fitness goals are, I have the knowledge and know how to get you there if you're ready to commit to a lifestyle of strategic strength training, eating whole nutrient dense foods, and fortifying your mindset to support the physical.
